Check-in / Check-out
Check-in at the hotel is available from 3 pm.
(For late arrivals after 7 pm, please notify us in advance to obtain the access codes to the property).
Check-out is at 11 am at the latest.
Any extension beyond this time may incur additional charges.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel, in a continental buffet format.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday : from 7:00 am to 9:30 am.
Sunday : from 8 am to 10 am.
Dining
A dining option is available on the 1st floor of the hotel.
The Cloître Restaurant welcomes you for lunch and dinner from Wednesday noon to Sunday noon.

Recreation Lounge
The recreation lounge located on the ground floor of the hotel is at your disposal, featuring a lounge area with a TV, library, and a billiards.
Wellness
Your stay at the Grand Hotel gives you access to the CeltÔ Spa and Wellness Center.
A complimentary 2-hour access is provided from 5 pm to 7 pm. Please see the reception of the hotel for conditions.
The Spa (thermal relaxation areas) is closed on Tuesdays, Wednesday mornings, and Sunday afternoons.
Practical Information
Parking: Limited parking spaces are available in the hotel's courtyard.
You can access it by requesting the parking access codes at the reception. An electric charging station is also available for electric vehicles : 25 kW - 230 V - Charge for 8 hours. Free parking spaces are also available nearby the hotel.
Bicycles: Our establishment is certified as a bicycle-friendly accommodation. Our bicycle storage area is secure and lockable, with a designated space for equipment and clothing. Standard power outlets are provided for charging electric bikes. Bicycle rentals on-site (please check with the reception).
Municipal Shuttle: The reception desk can provide you with the shuttle's schedules and map. Please inquire there for more information.
Upon request: The reception graciously provides you with items such as an iron and ironing board, baby cot, high chair...
Linen: In order to adopt eco-responsible behaviors, we would like to inform you that for longer stays, bed linen is replaced once a week. The Grand Hotel invites you to take action for the environment by minimizing the changing of bed or bath linens. If necessary, you can request extra linens at the reception. (conditions may apply, please check with the reception).
Wake-up service: You can request a wake-up call at the reception. Please indicate your desired wake-up time to the reception.
Valuables: The management disclaims any responsibility for valuables left in your room. A safe is available at the hotel reception for storing your valuables.
Recycling: Waste bins for household waste and cardboard are available at the bottom of the hotel, in the parking area. Recycling containers for glass and other materials are available near the hotel (parking area in front of the municipal swimming pool).
Taxi: For your transportation needs, the reception can provide you with the contact details of taxi companies nearby.
Sightseeing: For your visits to Bourbon-Lancy and its surroundings, maps and tourist information can be obtained at the reception.
Fire Safety
A comprehensive fire protection system, including smoke detectors and fire prevention equipment, is installed throughout the hotel.
In case of an emergency, remain calm and do not panic. Follow the emergency procedures posted on the back of your door. Do not use the elevators during an evacuation. In the event of a fire, take the nearest designated emergency exit indicated by the staff or firefighters.
